I had a trim tab switch go out on me. Decided to replace the pair and thought the prices at our local marine supply store catalog was high so I searched the web and found them for $12 a piece, great price. I ordered them on Monday, they arrived on TUESDAY. I didn’t overnight them, just standard USPS. I was shocked. Checked the envelope and the return address was in Charleston SC!
Company is New Wire Marine and they stock switches and build custom switch panels. They got me the switches faster than I could find the time to drive to West Marine. I’m not affiliated with the company in any way. I just wanted to pass this along for the rest of the weekend DYI’ers. Switches were Carling Contura models which I believe are what the boat manufacturers use.
