Some,of those recent points are really close in, like I was running thru some of those area just off the beach. Why would a shark that big come so close in? What’s it eating?

Following the food source, bull reds.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Big fish close in right now- bulls, porpoise, someone said some bottom fish.

The 13 footer that stranded on Morris Island a few years back had nothing in her stomach except big, redfish scales…

I’ve known quite a number of people, personally, from coastal areas in Africa— most of them were international students, and a few missionaries/pastors.

I can assure you that if any of those guys I knew were within 20 miles of this shark, it was eaten, in ways that we in America would never touch (meaning, they would have eaten about everything but the teeth).

Looks like she’s back at the jetties.

Might want to tell your surfer buddies NOT to go surfing today around Litchfield or Huntington Beach State Park…

no kidding, I think it is safe to say that shark is V E R Y close to the beach!

Thinking about taking my Key West 15 out of Little river and see if I can find her! Looks like she was last on top of the General Sherman.

Are We There Yet?

I was rechecking Mary’s progress this past month and realized that she has really gotten close to a place I am very familiar with. We stay at a house and beach right where she was swimming, just off of Ocean Isle, NC. That water can’t be but 40 feet deep where she was, and darn close to where I’ve been swimming. YIKES!!

There are two of them out there now. Genie a 2292 lb. Female pinged off Savannah. She hadn’t pinged since Sept.glad she is OK
