Grilled Mackerel

Hey y’all,

Okay, so we cut up a 15 lb. King, and got a few nice steaks out of it.

We put the steaks in tin foil, cut up some onions, celery, and sprinkled them with lemon juice. We spread some Goya Adobe seasoning on them. Left the skin on the outside as well. Flipped them over, with all the “stuff” falling to the bottom, and repeated the process. We even put some jalapeno’s on one set of steaks!!

Wrapped them up in the foil, and put them over the charcoal. Man were they good!!! Basically just cooked them until they flaked, and they were out of this world.
