Caught some scamps, beeliners and a nice black sea bass along with the normal other less desirable species (porgies, donkeys, kings, cudas, mini dolphins). Fished on the ledge between 140’ to 170’. Most caught on butterfly jigs. Happy ocean today. 2-3’ subsided to less than 2’ for the ride home.
Great job on the fish. Wish I could have been there. Although I’m gonna enjoy some fresh groupa! I’m game for the sword trip soon.

Nice fish. Any particular color on the jigs?
Color doesn’t seem to matter much for us on the jigs, however we seem to usually use blue, green, or pink and use the lightest jig possible for the depth/current.
