He might score a few nannys if you don’t get him before rut. 
Your asking a hard question with that picture. Can’t see brow tines and hard to guess inside spread. Guessing a nice 8 point.
Maybe 130 if standard 3" brows
Sorry, I know its not a very good picture. I have another picture of him earlier in the year. Looking like he is just outside his ears and has about 5in tines.

My first thought was a 130 but I usually over estimate pretty bad so the guys saying 110 to 115 are probably right.
