Gulp! Alive!

I typically use Berkley Gulp! Alive! in packets but I never use the whole thing and once they are opened, they tend to leak. I have seen them come in buckets which would fix the leaking problem but I know I won’t use close to half of them in a single weekend trip. Do these things have a limited shelf life after they have been opened or can I keep them until I need another one (which will be a VERY long time).

The buckets leak as well. Once you open them they never seem to seal back right.

I either use the pouches and keep them in a big ziploc bag, or buy the buckets and transfer them to a better container. Plano makes some nice containers to hold them.

And keep them out of the sun like said above, and bring them inside the house, or garage when storing the boat.

I keep a plastic container with snap down lid that I bought from walmart. It doesn’t leak and I have over 8 different kinds of gulp products in there. I’ve been using it for almost 2 years and it gets a beating on the kayak but its been fine. I add more juice every now and then.

The Plano ones work well. They seal tight and they are very durable and they stack.

I purchased this box over the weekend. I think its what some of the others said they used. I hope the seal works. I got tired of the old plastic coffee can.
