Gurglar in the Grass ??

Anyone ever hook up with a tailer on a gurglar pattern ??

all the time, they just have to be acting right and the grass short enough for it to work. Sometimes they’ll stick their eyes out of the water to inspect it before either crushing it or spooking. Its best to intercept sliding (not actively tailing) fish so that it comes into their view, as opposed to them having a chance to come from behind it.

That makes since, the article I read said to throw it in heavy grass because it made it difficult for the fly it get down
