Just wanted to give them a shout out on great customer service once again. benji and those guys went out of thier way to find a replacement drag washer for my old beat up shimano spinner even though it was honestly probably not worth the effort
i really appreciated the service with a smile even though they couldnt find a replacement. ended up grabbing a new spinner setup and donated the old one for parts.
there’s a reason they should be your favorite local tackle store…
