i am planning a trip the last week in Oct. Will the fish be on the flats during high tide? or too cold. I fish around Seabrook and have had most luck on the flats sight fishing for the reds during the summer months. if not what should i be looking for and where else to fish? thanks for your help

Never too cold for flats only too hot, because when the water temp drops, the flats water is very warm since i is so shallow.
