Need someone to quote a couple of small jobs for a little old lady friend of ours. She refuses to let me do the work, so I’m looking for a handyman to meet with her.
There are a couple of areas of rotten wood. Trim pieces and battens on board and batten siding.

Definitley go back where the rotten wood is on board and batten with fiber cement, will never rot, Hardie trim makes a batten strip and trim pieces if it matches what she has
