Good luck to all of you fishing Friday. It’s been a family tradition for us to fish Thanksgiving weekend in Charleston, but I need to work the next 3 days this year, so that’s out. Bad thing is we’ll be having dinner today at Water’s Edge on Shem Creek and it’s gonna kill me being down there without the boat.

Sheer torture right there, I drove past the boat ramp on the way to work at Folly today and saw multiple boats. Lots of people having oysters for Thanksgiving it seems haha

Yes sir! As fishermen and in our daily lives we have much for which to be thankful! In fact, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the early settlers who began this tradition depended heavily on stripers. Makes it very appropriate to post such messages on a striper forum.
