Went last night, didn’t see very many boats out. Wind was blowing pretty good but laid down. Ended up with 3/4 of a cooler. The shrimp were thick and had great size to them. If I could have re-baited poles we would have coolers out for sure. Average cast per pole was about 20, had a few times where we caught 60-80 a pole.
Hey hca, do mind sharing details regarding are and depth? I’m taking a customer out tomorrow and hope to have some luck. This will only be my 2nd time out this season. Thanks for any tips/intel.
We were on falling tide and had poles in about 6-7 ft of water by the time we pulled the poles it was almost too shallow for me to get to them. I can’t figure out how to upload pictures off my phone otherwise I would.
