Fished low tide incoming in Harbor and up the Cooper. Water was real clear, 6’ in some spots. Caught 8 trout, 1 red, 1 flounder, and a lady fish between me and my partner. Trout came on mud minnows and voodoo shrimp. The wind sucked. All fish released. Smaller shrimp in James Island Creek
