Got out on the water early Sunday to do a little fishing and then to shrimp at night. What a beautiful fall day. Had a great time with my son who’s in the navy and we don’t get to spend a lot of father-son time together anymore. Didn’t catch much of either fish or shrimp. The sting rays seem to have invaded the area and if there was a quota, we would have limited out. Got one in my net and it tore a 4" hole with it’s 2" barb. Beautiful day on the water…awesome sunset. The sky was so red, it appeared as though the city of Charleston was on fire. The 1/4 cooler catch was a total mix of mainly mediums. A few smalls and a few larges. Only picture we took was of a puffer fish. My son had never caught or held one before. Anyway, I’d call it a successful day. I’m happy
