is there one that tells the actual wind speed? not the forecast, say at customs house, battery or patriots point?

i use an app on my iphone called antler insanity, it’s way better than the live5 weather app at wind speed, i also save all my fishing spots, duck hunting, deer hunting, etc. spots on that app, it is great but it’s not exactly what you want i don’t know of a place that has the actual wind meter for charleston harbor

Windalert (parent company weatherflow) has the most comprehensive wind observation network in the lowcountry. It’s a pay for site but it also offers professional forecasts from trained meteorologists with local knowledge. Worth it if you are on the water a lot or have a somewhat flexible schedule that allows you to be out on the water during the week.
