Harolds Hogwash/Ribs/Kamado Joe

First time with ribs on the Joe. Put rub on night before. Got it cranked up to 230 next day and filled drip pan (cast iron fry pan with handle cut off) with apple juice. 2 hours, then wrapped in foil with splash of apple juice for another 2 hours, unwrap and go another hour adding sauce last 30 mins. its the 221 method I was referred to.

Looks good. I’ve never tried Rosemary in my rib rub.
