Thanks to Benji and the rest of the crew at the West Ashley store! I took a reel by there yesterday that was “sort of” a warranty issue (but not exactly) and Benji took care of me and had me out of the door with a working reel in a few minutes. That’s what I call Great customer service!
I don’t understand why people will try to save a dollar or two online shopping for something they can get locally and get stellar service! Keep up the good work!
