Decided to go for the early marlin bite with hard baits in deep water. Wound up 1/2 on whitey, South in 1550’/74 degree water. Fat fish, ‘coulda been a contender…’
Pretty ocean, good crew, with an unexpected but successful boarding of a Savannah Pirate (yellow warbler), giving Swamp Angel a chance to make a bond and teach yet another little one the pure pleasure of a heaping helping of Levi Garrett after a long journey.
The mola-mola and green turtle created an interesting obstacle course, and although still waiting for the judges call, I believe we only grazed one pylon one the way home.
Hattaman:
here are some of the photos…our camera man was trained by big foot spotters it seems. Shawn is working on stills from the video. Not sure if you should sell the boat…a bill on each of the last 3 trips.

Darryl said ‘look at that sonofabi…’, daddy grabbed for the gaff.

he was a little camera shy so the top of the head photos didn’t work too well. Left the bridge after running for an hour (and some bread crumbs and bottlecap of water)

swamp… good crack on my filmmaking skills. maybe next time you wont be so greedy to get diamonds in the pic and let me actually get the whole fish in 1 photo. haha, nice wire work tho
hitchhiker appears to be straining on the coffee cup
Clearly, capturing Bigfoot on film is APag’s strong suite, but I also have doubts… photo-shopping the visor and sunglasses does actually make it look fake.

Congrats on your day!!! It sounds like the new wheels are the answer. I hate to see you sell the boat just when you seem to have it dialed in. Maybe I can get out with you soon.
