Going out at Copahee Saturday to try out the new yak if anybody wants to join I will be getting there about 8am. It is a low to high tide.

Update, took the yak out did not catch any fish but I did get to put it through its paces. Standing was easy from the high & low seat position but much easier from the high position. Stability was great and paddling was easy & it tracked well, I did give up speed but that was as expected going from a 14’ long 29" wide yak to a 12.9’ long 34" wide yak. Have some rigging to change but that will always be the case I will need to buy a longer paddle as I kept hitting my hands on the side of the kayak. O yea the new yak is a Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game II
