OVER BUDGET
Hey guys, just FYI! A very close friend of mine, and I say that with pain because I truly love to give him a hard time, Capt. Eric Heiden was the prior owner of HeidenSeek Charters, but NO LONGER is affiliated with this operation. He has read this post and has expressed to me his discontent with the way this has been handled although he has no control over the situation!!! This boat and charter business was sold to Carter. I ask to PLEASE not associate him or his current operation or his family with this. This is not the way he would have handled this, I assure you! All of the Heiden clan (AKA the “Menendez Brothers”) are good people! Alot of you know the whole family and I am positive you would agree with me!
Other than that, I think you have a verry legitimate gripe! I dont know all the details but it sure sounds to me that you gave him plenty of time to clear it up!

It is so easy to reverse a charge on credit. We have done it many times. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
