This boat of drunks pulled up to my sisters dock on Wappoo when they saw one of her umbrella’s in the water. She said “thank you for grabbing it” and instead of giving it to her, they started laughing and took off saying “this is that lady’s, go go go.” Anyways, it’s only an umbrella but more reflective of the character of people who would steal something in front of a homeowner who was trying to corral three young boys before she could get the umbrella out of the water.
The Boat life of Charleston Facebook page could solve this i’d bet
After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

Fixed it for ya. You’re welcome.

Another case of people with more money than sense. Lots of that around these days.
Kids these days need some help! No respect, no manners!
From the guy that found the umbrella
Hey man, I heard about your post about someone in a boat “stealing” and umbrella. That was me in the boat and I didn’t steal the umbrella. It was floating in the water so I grabbed it so no one would come through and hit it. If you know the owner of the umbrella I would be happy to give the umbrella back. And I also heard a rumor about hitting a trailer… I did not hit a trailer. My buddy pulling the trailer out with me on the boat came close to clipping the back side of a trailer but I yelled at him to stop before we even touched the trailer. No damage was done and nothing was touched. I would appreciate it if you could remove the post and get me in contact with the person whose umbrella was in the river. Thanks man

Well, that is not correct. I did not see a lady. Look how far away the picture is taken. I’m not trying to argue, I would like to give the lady her umbrella and carry on. I can’t find her contact info.

Troll or Truth?
Fritz account sounds plausible and hopefully more like the truth.
Bullboxer says they pulled up to his sisters dock, I don’t see a dock near the boat? If they told driver to go,go,go, I wouldn’t be standing on the bow or standing on the side holding on to the t-top. And i’m sure the picture would have been taken AFTER the sister asked for it back. Just saying.
Bulldozer, the guy that “found” the umbrella wants to give it back to her.

I will talk to her in the morning and she how she wants to handle the return. I appreciate you coming on here and agreeing to return it.
PM has been sent to capt fritz with two return location options.

I am not here to get into a pissing match with anyone and am thankful Fritz or an associate of his has agreed to return the umbrella so I would like to leave it at that and as soon as he or they do, I will delete this post. However, since you want to insert yourself into this and try and sow some doubt and accuse me of trolling, I will happily answer your concerns in your post above since you seem to think you are an internet detective. The reason you don’t see a dock is because the image is a zoomed in still shot from a video security system that covers the property. It was the best image that shows (a) the boat broadside so others could see what it looked like an

Just after you identify the boat on the forum and you swim up to it with a 2 inch hole saw at 2am, you check your CFC subscription underwater to keep up and say “wait, what?”
The GO! GO! GO! part sounds off to me. It’s an umbrella, not a kid.
