had carbs rebuilt a while back, i can pull the choke up to keep it to idle but when i put the choke down it stops. Also when i am going full speed, it feels like it is half, and every once in a while it kicks in and takes off then goes back to half speed? ???

how long ago did you have teh carbs gone thru, teh manufactures warn that 90 days of sitting unused is enough for harm to occur to thr carbs or fuel system
