Ok, anybody know of a fiberglass repair shops around the Charleston area? My son was trailering my 152 Scout, the saftey chain wasn’t attached the winch slipped allowing the boat to drop back, and drag the asphalt. It has an 12" area that needs to be built up about 1".

That’s unfortunate. When I was younger, i messed up quite a few of my dads toys too. I flipped his 4 wheeler in the middle of the river at 11 pm on a freezing Nov night while trying to get to a deer I shot and I like to have sunk his brand new aluminum bass boat in the high school fishing tournament by hitting a sharp stump, just to name a few. If you are interested in doing it your self send me a picture or two and i will be glad to explain to you exactly how to do it and how to do the gel coat after the glass is done. Its pretty easy(and fun)once you know what you are doing.
