Where can I find a source for spare spools that line come in? Looking for anywhere from 2-6" in diameter and approx. 1/4" wide. Similar to what say mono or spider wire come in. Need the spools not the line. Thanks in advance for any leads.
You might check a local store that fills reels for people. Alot of time the spool never leaves the store. You might get them to keep you a few.
That may work for a prototype of something I am working on but looking for a more reliable source. Another question I have is there a company that does freelance CNC work?
Is this a one time source, or on going? What type of quantity are you looking for?
It would be one time for now for a prototype but potential for more.

I am waiting on a part to come in that will be a component of the product and determine overall dimensions. Can either of you cut/route HDPE sheets (similar to starboard)? This would be one time for right now as a prototype, but if it works out I would want to make more. The parts are scheduled to come in on Monday and I will finalize the design next week.

Fri…I found a source for the spools and the HDPE is for the other half of the project. For now since the prototype doesnt have to be to exact specs I will cut and assemble by hand. Thanks for everything and if it works out I will contact you all that have responded. Thanks
