I’ve got an Australian Sheppard / mountain cur mix that out of all odds came up with 8 puppies. We have no clue who the Dad is and while she was in heat have no idea when it occurred.
I haven’t had a dog with pups since I was a kid. This Sunday they will be 2 weeks old. Most of em have their eyes open and are already starting to bark, growing like crazy. In another 4-6 weeks I’ll be needing a good home for a few depending on how many back out on pre-placed orders.
The mom is very smart, and extremely watchful around the yard, on the dad’s side, anyone’s guess is as good as mine. He’s sneaky.
At what age will I need to give them a 5 way shot? Or would y’all recommend a 7 way?
Only price is giving them a good home in about 4-5 weeks.
You can put a flyer at the vets office and at petco on their bulletinboard inside the door. Just make sure that you put some $amount on it…if decide not to charge for them DO NOT put that on the flyer. There are groups out there that will give you a hard time. They are really cute.
Those are good looking puppies. If I didn’t already have three I’d be interested. I don’t think you will have a hard time finding homes for those guys!
Aussie Sheppard are amazing dogs. Hope you have no problems finding them all a good home.
