1st year saltwater fishing, I live in the Beaufort area and need help with where to fish in the winter months???. I just like catching fish but have no idea where to go.

Are you wanting to catch Wahoo on the ledge, or Red’s up in the shallows?

you may want to post in the beaufort/hhi section. most of the offshore posts are from charleston.

best advice for you is to go back through all the reports from the last year inshore and offshore and see what people were catching and when and how deep etc- lot of info on this site if you look for urself- you could spend hours and hours on here if you have time! good luck

buy a unique map, best fishing tool ever owned, offshore fishing 40 yrs. Listen to what really good fishermen tell you. Spend lots of time on water with good fishermen.
