Heritage Rough Rider 22LR Pistol Black Pearl | Palmetto State Armory

Good deal, on a sweet pistol!
$25.00, mail in rebate, too.

saw that, heck of a deal!

i have the 4" in plain wood grips from last year when they put them on sale for $130 with a $30 rebate and a free WMR cylinder (also $30 last i checked)

used to have an older model before they started putting safeties on them, wish i had kept it. makes a good tackle box gun for when Sman pulls you up to the cypress with snakes all over it to tie off

They are not bad but, for a few $ more, I like the Ruger Wrangler.

Already out of stock :astonished:

I’ve got an old Ruger single six from the 70s that was handed down to me. Its the kids favorite thing to shoot out at the country. Zero kick and makes a fun plink sound when shooting metal targets. I think they like the fact that it makes them feel like a cowboy!

Circa 1963, same as me.

Three screw, and no factory re-set.

As far as I can tell by the serial #, this gun was sold as a " Frontiersman"?

Most of that vintage were " Convertibles", meaning that they came with both, a .22 cylinder, and a .22 mag cylinder.

This edition has matching cylinder/ side plate numbers, and no .22 short, or .22 LR history.

Yeah, I’ve got the box and the original 22mag still wrapped up in paper. I don’t think it was ever put on. Fun little guns.

Yes, they are!!

And despite growing up here in South Carolina, they gave us a sense of accomplishment, as kids, having a hand in taming the “Old West”.
