Was down by the rocks on the Irmo side last night. About dusk a large (100yds across)school of herring showed up. Did not see any blow-ups, but the potential is there. First school I’ve seen that large near dam this season. Things should really heat up now!

yea i fished last night and saw tons of bait as well. freelined herring and caught 5 shorts. would have been a better trip had my motor not acted up. it ran well for 15 minutes then would not go above 2000-2200 rpms. thinking its the fuel line system/ water fuel separator.
I’ll be down in that area fishing tonight. I’ll be in a wellcraft V20 with an old merc. Should be a good night
