Hey Fred, Walterboro gonna be full of media for a bit

Unless they knew and trusted the shooter

Haul the 300 and a 12 down in the golf cart or leave them anywhere cuz that’s what PawPaw would do take out pawpaw 1st being most likely to fight using the 12 then if Mags runs he’s got the 300 to spray for the take down before the head shot

or cousin Eddie’s network came to house rode down with Alex to show him they meant business for payments owed mags had her phone in her hand so they tossed it on the way back to their drug den and they kept the guns

WAG theory. Suppose Sociopathic Punk “PawPaw” was drunk/drugged and transformed into “Timmy” and went pyscho and shot Maggie out of some perceived disparagement. Father Oxy 60 arrives on scene and in drugged distress/grief/enragement blasts Timmy. After all Paul’s boat accident and ensuing lawsuit with resultant financial disclosure has raised the curtain on Alex’s misdeeds has become the lynch pin that has brought about the ignominious decline of the Murdaugh Empire and mostly 'cuz it brought shame and embarrassment on Alex.

Mags and paw paw told big red how things were gonna be.Then he lost it thinking about losing everything.

Addendum to defense closing statement.

“Members of the binary gender jury, the defense also wishes to present as Mr Murderaugh so succinctly stated in testimony that the murders were obviously the work of the local drug gangs in Colleton County. This heinous act was the work of the Walterboro Cowboys, Sand Hill Gang, Jacktown Boyz, Ruffin Crew, Smoaks Crew and an as yet unidentified Islandton Scuffletown Gang, all in unison. We all know that the local drug gangs are voracious readers and consumers of social media and we could probably show where likely gang members have made injurious comments on different blog posts regarding the 2019 boat accident. This alone incentivized attacks on my client’s family. After all, words are violence!” “I rest my case again”

I find it totally insane to believe someone could take 60–30 mg oxycodone or oxycontin a day. And live much less even be somewhat coherent…
oxycodone street value is about $5 a pill. And you also get can get bulk rates.
And no I’m not a pill Popper. But to quote EF . I know things/ People.

Wouldn’t he be deader than dead!?!?

The whole trial is on YouTube just search for it Law and Crime is a good one to watch plus you can fast forward the breaks

I google and got the estimated $20 a pill. If only $5 that drops it down to $2,100 a week. Where is the $50,000 a week coming from I wonder?

I can’t see 1000mg a day not being lethal? I think old boy is now saying he took that much dope to establish that he was not mentally fit to remember much of anything. I don’t think we can believe a lot of what he says after the track record the prosecution is laying down.

I thought OxyContin was snorted like cocaine? I use to sort of know 2 dudes that I was told were snorting oxy c 1 committed suicide and the other just died which everyone was saying was due from years of snorting oxy c

I just googled street value of oxycontin.
A bunch of drug rehab stuff came up. And some stuff about prison sentences for dealing in opioids.
I swiped it away. Feared the law might show up the house.

I looked up what Alex’s brother’s tractor business was all about, and found this in the google reviews…

My big question is whatever happened to the 300 blackout that he owned.
Did I miss something??
I believe they’re going to find him guilty. Maybe 20 years.

More than one went missing or unaccounted for. The Prosecutor keeps talking about how the murders were done with family guns… No Guns for comparison, no weapons found. Also if you listened to a bit, the Prosecutor says it was a 147 grain 300 cartridge… No way in heck they can determine the grain of a bullet from the cartridge. Matching a cartridge from a weapon, you really need the weapon for comparison… not just some random cartridges found on sight and questionably near by. Was more than one 300 shot at the target range.

On the great live “who done it”, I’m all for Alex was there, but did not pull the triggers of either the shotgun or the 300 black out. and if he did not witness the murders… he knows who was responsible.

If Alex was an economically disadvantaged person, he would already be scheduled to fry with the SC court system…

Wut you saying…?

Poor people get the shaft with “public defenders”…

Wanna change the “justice” system… Make it required for EVERYONE to have to use a “public defender”, and it be based on a “blind/random” assignment…

Did the first part of States argument seem weak to anyone else? Sheesh. Murder 2nd or 3rd possibly?

Not getting murder 1at all. It’s obvious he was there and involved, just can’t tell to what extent.

I’m with ya stump. Old boy knows more than we’ll ever find out. I still can’t see how they are saying it was family guns with No Weapons recovered. I also find it wrong that the Prosecution kept saying it was the cartridge for a 147 grain bullet? No way to know a bullets weight from a spent cartridge.

The great “who done it” coming to a close.

One thing for sure watching a good bit of this stuff. If I was in his shoes and was innocent, I’d be looking to beat the ■■■■ out of the Prosecutor for putting me through all that. Man it would be hard for me to hold my tongue with some of the stuff that was said from speculation and not fact.

The gun stuff is speculation at best.

Has he even asked the law one time if they have found anyone or any helpful evidence at all?
I mean, I know if it were me, I would be asking/demanding them to find my family’s’ killer with every other breath. I guess unless I already knew the who’s and what’s…

The whole thing is just way too convenient for him and the oldest son…

The only thing missing is Eddie Smith driving Alex all over Colleton County in a white Ford Bronco being followed by every LEO in the state by land, sea and air, just prior to getting arrested.
