Hi-tide lift remote

i have a High-Tide lift installed in 2004. the remote is still functioning but going through a battery in a week. i have been unable to find a replacement for a reasonable price. does anyone know if other brand remotes will work or discount store to buy it from?

Do you still have the original battery? If so post the specs

have you checked with your dealer- if unsatisfied call high tide directly- the number is on your lift

I suspect its got a completed circuit and its burning power. If possible open the remote and look for corrosion or touching contacts. Also buy some contact cleaner. Remove the battery and spray the board really good. Scrub it with an old toothbrush while wet with contact cleaner. Let it dry. Good luck!
