Left the dock @ 4:00 expecting a slow ride out. The seas were not too bad. The better ride was just about straight out so that is what we did. We had a great day with several missed opportunities. Ended up with 8 dophin and 1 wahoo 47.5#. Had something pull the hood after just about spooling a 50tw, also had a very nice bull pull off about 20 feed from the Dave O deadly gaff. The bull pulled off about 150 yards on an 80tw, would have liked to had my picture taken with that one. Great day with a great crew, three green horns and the regular crew of Paul Wall, Dave O, and me Captain Cook.
