Took a neighbor out this evening to let him see these tailers for himself…but the tide heighth needed to give us about 6 more inches of water across the flats to make it ideal so the struggle was real. We found about 10 fish and trying to capitalize on them was hard because the lower water kept them closer to the denser grass. I managed to hook into an over slot and while trying to get my phone out to record the battle, the hook pulled. My neighbor managed to have the same fish hit his bait twice on the same cast and also had the hook pull out as well.
