H-Tide is around 1PM on Sat. Any tips for fishing on slack tide & at High? I know that in the grass or up against it is ideal but are there any other pointers during this time?

If you are fishing in SC, high tide Saturday August 27 is at 7 am and 7:26 pm at the Customs house in Charleston. low tide is around 1 pm.
If you are fishing in Kuwait it might be just the opposite
