Gary, Wayne, and I had a pretty fair day with over 50 fish caught. We had a mixture of stripers and hybrids ranging from 18 inches to around 9 pounds, fishing humps and points in 50-80 feet from Modoc to the dam. We kept 16 of the nicest for the box, along with 2 largies and one big white perch. Sorry. No photos this time.
Yes indeed they do. Hybrids tolerate high temperature and low d.o. really well. With the o2 lines running at Modoc, even the stripers seem to release well also.
I try to hit it a couple times a month. I’m 40 minutes from Murray and Clark Hill so I usually pick the Hill when I want a change from Greenwood. Clark Hill is fun fishing and you can load the boat in a hurry.
