Great story and pictures. BUT a captain has to be an IDIOT to not have a lookout on the bridge. The HEFE vessel was obviously on auto without a lookout. The captain should be locked up for reckless negligance. I don’t like the purse seiners any more than you do but the HEFE captain has no excuse for the situation. “Wrong Lights” duh if it doesn’t look right slow down and check things out.
