Hitting the creeks

Had to stay close because of work but hit the creeks and the trouts were agressive and exciting to catch. 17"ers were steady but the creeks are still crowed with manhadens. Fish should be good and fat by Xmas when I’ll have the creeks all to myself.

“In every species of fish I’ve angled for, it is the ones that have got away that thrill me the most, the ones that keep fresh in my memory. So I say it is good to lose fish. If we didn’t, much of the thrill of angling would be gone.” Ray Bergman
