Has anyone fished Hobcaw Creek? I’ve scoped it out on the satellite map thinking it may be a good place to try out close to work. It looks like there are a couple boat ramps but I’m not sure if they are public or not. Can anyone offer any info?

I believe all the launches we see on Hobcaw Creek are private Neighbor hood access only

The nearest public launch is Remleys Point Public Boat Landing on the Wando River

YES there are some good fishing areas there – I have caught many fish in Hobcaw and its a good Creek to hide out of the wind
