With all this rain I’ve been tying a bunch of flies and need some boxes. With the price tag involved on some fly boxes out there, I wanted some opinions before I buy. Mostly striper, saltwater and bass flies. Thanks.

the Cliff Bugger Beast is a great box. its around 45 dollars but will hold tons of flies.
2nd that. The Cliffs Bugger Beast is the best option out there. Oddly enough the best price is at ORVIS.com or THE CHARLESTON ANGLER will happily order them for you. They do hold a massive amount of flies.

Another fly storage option is to store your flies in a “binder-style” tackle bag. These bags are small, and have 8-12 clear zip-lock storage bags in them. You can easily see your flies without opening the bags, and for clousers, deceivers, crease-flies, epoxies and other flat flies, they work like a champ. You can store all your flies in one place, and load your box as needed… I saw this on a guide’s boat up at Harker’s, and it works.

I have some finsports(similiar) I grabed on sale and they are awesome.
Looks like a Cliff’s might be in the near future…

all of the cliffs boxes are nice. I had the bugger barn and it was awesome. They may advertise or market out west, but I do not think they do a good job here. Very nice boxes.
