Has anyone ever made their own dredge or teasers? How did you do it?
Crimpers and imagination. Find the style you like, break it down by parts and build your own. Look around on diffent sites (this one ,tht, etc.) and find used and new bars, plastic baits, etc.

Get started with 24 beer cans and some 200 lb wire string them up and crimp so their about 2’ apart. Smash the cans and drag them . It works as good or better than anything that costs $300. Noisy - splashy - shiny . Be sure to drink the beer first
