Hook sizes/styles?

Hi -

Starting to pack up some gear for an upcoming visit at the end of the month.

What’s the preferred hook sizes and styles for Carolina/Fishfinder rigs? Circle hooks, or J-hooks?

I have 4/0 Falcon Bait Jerker weighted hooks and EWG Gamakatsu offset hooks for jerk shads I use in fresh water - I’m guessing those will work fine?

Finally - how about jigheads for grubs and swimbaits? 1/8 to 3/8 oz ball heads work?

if you’re baitfishing, use circle hooks. 2/0 - 4/0 is good for nearly anything inshore
4/0 falcon should be fine for jerk baits
1/8 oz jig head may be a little light depending on where you’re fishing. 3/8 is good most places I go in the yak.
