Good luck with your sale for sure.

Why the high price? Wondering as I have friends who are in the market. What makes your house stand out vs. the others in your neighborhood?

Hey Cape,

Actually our house is the lowest house listed in chadberry village. Though it’s smaller square footage wise than some it has a open floor plan that flows better than the larger houses. Also several of the houses that are listed higher don’t have a garage. Ours has a double car garage that is a little deeper than a standard attached garage. The house has updates such as smoothed ceiling, landscaping, new fixtures, doorknobs, new carpet and tile in master bedroom and freshpaint throughout the house. Please forward to your friends and tell them to come take a look!

Nice looking house but Wow, is $200+ per square foot the norm down there? Is the housing market that much higher down there? Is it a Mt. P thing or is everything down that way just higher in general?

Everything in Charleston is more expensive…especially in Mt. P and DI.
