How do you fillet a mud minnow

Mud Minnows, not just for breakfast anymore, should i roll them in flour and fry um or try to fillet them, maybe wrap them in bacon and boil in butter :smiley: i tried the cedar plank, to many splinters :clown_face: i have come to the conclusion the only way i can catch a fish is if someone throws it to me, gently:frowning_face:

I would suggest to serve them in a alfredo sauce with saut?ed mushrooms over pasta "_

don’t fillet…gut them and grill whole like sardines…

I was in Greece several years back and ordered the “small fish platter”. That was exactly what I got. A bunch of mud minnows (sardines) fried whole…

Don’t put them in your GF’s fish tank, while they will live, they will start eating her fish. Then she can’t catch it, then you start to ‘catch it’ :frowning_face:
