How many hours on a Motor?

I have an 06’ Yamaha 250 FS, it has 500 hrs on it. What is the life expectancy of this motor? Yes, I maintain it every year and do not run it wide open. thanks,

Goin on 1000 on pair of 300 hp hpdi yammy and over 10,000 hours on a 115 merc, yes, 10,000 and still goin stong. I’m expecting to get at least 5000 out of the yammys
