How to change bilge pump hose on Sea Pro

Can anyone tell me how to change out a bilge pump hose on my Sea Pro. I replaced the pump and in the process developed a pin hole in the hose right near the pump and that shoots a very small stream of water straight up and I know this will not be good over the long haul or in saltwater.

From what I can see I have zero access to the thru hull for the bilge, can I remove it from the outside and run new hose and then will I be able to reinstall the thru hull(mine are plastic).

Right now I am looking at some way to splice s new section of hose to the old but would prefer to just run all new.

Sea Pro did not think some of these things through to well on the design but it is what it is

If it truly is a pinhole, run a small, short screw (like the ones used for metal stud framing 1/8" wide x 1/4" long) in it, with a bit of silicone to seal it up. I repair air hoses this way frequently at work, with 120 psi, and don’t have any problems. If it’s a tear, it’s probably better to replace.
