Here is a little video I made (not very good quality) on how to properly present a Trout Trick. They have a pretty specific technique that you should use. If you don’t use this technique you will still catch fish, but if you do use the right technique, your results will improve a lot!
Notice towards the end of the video, I miss and then hook a fish, and if you pay attention you will see that it hits the lure on the drop both times.

Great, more colors. A weekend is not complete until I go to Haddrell’s and spend the $50 minimum. Maybe I should wait until I figure out how to catch a fish on one first though
I’ve also been enjoying my sample pack and find them very effective jigs. Although I must confess that I’ve only used them with mud minnows, it’s a good combo:smiley:

Thanks Pea - you know I value Bobs friendship. That day we caught 27 trout in mid August in the muddy waters of the S Edisto. Ian caught most of the fish. I’ve believed in those lures ever since. I’m so glad Z-man bought them
