What is the correct procedure?
open teh manual release screw
raise the motor manually all the way up
lower the motor manually
tighten the manual release
let it sit 5 minutes
trim it up and let it sit for 5 minutes on the tilt support bracket
check the fluid , add if needed
repeat until fluid stays at proper level
