How would you fish tomorrow morning in the rivers?

might hit the water around 7:30, air temp probably around 45ish,
warming trend all morning.
Tide will be about 1/2 way in with the high around 10:30.
I’m thinking mud minnows (or live shrimp if still available in the bait shops) under floats at creek mouths, oysters, maybe around docks.
Cut mullet or crab quarters on the bottom?
Might throw some trout tricks or other soft plastics.
Any other ideas, suggestions, strategies?
75 on December 21st…not too shabby!

I’m taking my son tomorrow morning. My plan is to try to locate some fish with artificials, then stake out or anchor up and float some minnows.

The water shouldn’t be too cloudy. No rain, weak tides, and warm temps means a fantastic day for relaxing on the water!

I would look for deep water in smaller creeks and rivers, outside bends with structure, and fish with live shrimp on the bottom.

Good advice. Yesterday was good up some small creeks and just like you said, outside bends and deeper water. Deeper in my case was finding a change of maybe a foot or two but it was the key.

Dude stop it.

And don’t tell em about pinning the trout with a bobber.
