Hoyz Boyz 4-28-19

Our 4th trip of the seasaon and another good one. Bit “sporty” on the way out and back but the boat did great. Found 75 degree water in 420ft. just north of Memorial Reef. Lines in there and worked towards the 380 hole. Slow start, then missed one at the boat. Daymaker bull followed. Found weeds that were trying their best to stack up and in some places actually did pretty well. We picked at them along the grass the rest of the day. Color did not seem to matter and all but a couple hit the long rigger or the way back (including the big one.
Ended with 8, missed nearly as many for various reasons. Everyone had fun, got home safe and had plenty to eat.
Will post some pics later.

If the long rigger is the hot rod drop your spread back farther and you usually catch more.

Which boat?

Thanks 40inchreds…still learning.
