To the ones that contributed to its success I cannot find the appropriate words to express my appreciation, except to just say ,Thank You</font id=“size5”></font id=“red”> For the ones that missed it,you get another chance next year, hope to see you then , in the meantime
watch for the reports and pictures to come of all the smiles from our nations heros and volunteers that made it a great great day ! !
You really have to experience the feeling to believe it.

When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

21’ Triumph T-Top 150

To any body who thought about getting involved I highly recommend it. I went with the Morris Island group and it was a lot of fun for everybody, and that was with the weather not being great.

I attended from Charlotte and had a great time.

Met some awesome people, enjoyed some great food and music too.

I will definitely be back next year!

Well done MAD Charleston

This was my first year and I also came down from Charlotte. There is absolutely no reason we can’t have twice as many boats next year.

We met a great guy in the Air Force. We plan on staying in touch.

I will be there next year.

Pioneer 197sf

This was my first year as a volunteer captain. The organizers did a fantastic job at setting this up. The events and meals and music were fantastic. I was nervous about the weather. I explained to my troops that it was going to be cold and windy. The didn’t flinch at all. They were like hey that’s no problem to us. They were a great bunch of guys and we all had a blast. Good job again to all the organizers. You guys did the brunt of the work. Oh and did I mention the food was delicious!!!

This was also my first year volunteering as a captain, and won’t be my last. My troops had a great time despite the weather. I want to thank everyone involved that actually made it possible for me to take these guys on the water. They did all the hard work setting up and coordinating everything. All I had to do is drive the boat around and find fish. Thanks again to all the members who put in all their spare time to make this event a great time for not only the troops, but us captains as well.

My First year as well and God willing not my last. Met a great young man and plan on fishing with him more in the future. Wish circumstances would have allowed me to come enjoy the parties, maybe next year. I also want to thank everyone who put this together so I could give back to the active guys us Veterans get recognized so much through out the year it nice this was just for them.
