My humminbird 597 combo won’t read my sd navionics card. When inserted the unit displays “no chart”. I’ve gone into the menu and manually selected the chart card and it displays the same. When I put the card in my laptop it reads the charts. So there’s info on the card.
I’just emailed humminbird for the second time, waiting for a response. Thought I’d try here too to see if anyone else had the same issue.

Put the head unit in some bubble wrap, include a copy of your receipt (1 yr warranty?), ship it to their warranty center. Mine quit reading my SD cards, had to send it back, just did it last month. seems to be a trend. Their warranty/repair address is on their web site. Got mine back a week after they received it.
